HORRENDOUS SERVICE. Paid 2 months ago… still not received products, and Motoin won’t return my money! Not sure about Germany, but in the UK that’s called theft!
They don’t seem to care at all about the fact they have not delivered my order and despite constant asking they will not return my money, despite the fact I never received anything I ordered!!!!
SHOP ELSE WHERE!!!

I purchased an Alpinestars leather jacket described as being capable of working with the Tech-Air system. What I received was a standard leather jacket that only takes normal body armour (which is valued at $100USD less than the item I paid for).

Motoin.de refused to acknowledge their mistake and expect me to be out of pocket hundreds of dollars in international shipping to return the jacket and end up with nothing. Terrible customer service. Fraudulent sales practises. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE!

i ordered boots 3 months ago and naturally paid.
they were never delivered, and DHL shows them as in Frankfurt airport for 10 weeks. service response from motion is evasive, and they take no responsibility
Basically, they have taken my money for nothing.. there is a name for such behavior
VERY disappointing and I intent to complain to various fair trading and regulators

I have placed an order During BLACK NOVEMBER Week deal i saw on Motoin.de WebSite.

Shipment addressed to Israel, they send it with DHL.
Got a tracking number, So Far So Good..

After a MONTH I asked why is it taking so long & the tracking "stuck" on Germany.

And so the nightmare begins:
They say they will investigate & Get back to me.

NOTHING - No answers or contacting me back.

Called them myself , Same answers - never getting back or updating me.

Again, emailing them, same hollow answers with NO Updates.

DHL saying they used a low cost shipping & they have no support for this type of shipment.

They didn't agree to refund even though its been 2 months now (!!)..

Had to deny the transaction with my Credit Card company which are now reviewing this case and will refund this transaction.

TOTAL NIGHTMARE - I strongly urge all you buyers out there to be extra careful with this store.
Especially with overseas orders

Huge disappointment - one would expect that a big and Pro store located in Germany (No Less) will be much more professional & at least be more helpful with a package that after 2 months has no trace of & no notice of delivery status.

I know this service will only publish 5 stars and will not publish one star, in fact they don’t deserve any stars at all. The shop is worst online service I have ever encountered. First they sent my shipment to a totally different country, when I told them and sent them screenshots they ignored, denied and lying said it is on transit country. Then the other country sent my shipment back to them. Once they received my shipment they sent me to write a review on how did I find the product. What a game?

A nightmare experience. Ordered from overseas with DHL delivery. Is totally misleading. Order confirmation says "Delivery Method = DHL". DHL confirms with a tracking number. Then only in the tracking it later emerges that DHL do not deliver it at all. They just put it on a plane where any tracking stops. Since then is lost. Is now nearly three weeks later, multiple complaints. Hundreds of Euros spent and I have nothing at all in return and have spent hours trying to locate the package.

I placed an order on 11/22, and the product is still being shipped. Is the shipping journey too long? I have still received the product so far

Modeka 8742, over gloves, bad quality, not waterproof at all. Taping is very bad quality. May-be good enough for windy weather, but not at all for rainy weather. Motoin replied promptly and after showing a few pictures of the gloves, I received a full refund, including delivery cost. Great and quick service.

I am quite tall and at the same time quite thin, it is quite difficult to choose the right clothes. Here I can choose exactly my size using a special filter. If you add to this the high speed of delivery, reasonable prices and the excellent work of the staff, you get a very good store.

I placed my order for a SENA5S dual system A month ago at 240 euros. The product is still waiting at the airport in Germany. I want a refund. Paul Taylor Kingscliff.

I did get my package a mere 8 weeks after I ordered my item. Mainly because your company did not dispatch the order for three weeks to begin with.

If I could rate your company less than one star I would. SHOCKING SERVICE!

Do not buy with Motoin.

I bought two times at Motoin, a jacket and a Arai helmet.
Both times they shipped same day as I ordered.
DHL was a little slow to deliver it to Spain about 1 week, but it wasn't the fault of Motoin,
can only recommend buying there.

Absolutely delighted with this service. Ordered an Arai helmet and a Richa Jacket on the Friday. Arrived in Ireland on Tuesday morning. Everything was spot on and fit perfectly.
First time to order gear online so I was a bit apprehensive but this was a fantastic experience ?
Unbeatable prices and services.

Ordered 'in stock' 'available immediately' arai helemt. They accepted order & payment. Later they sent me email that simply says it's completely 'sold out' but didn't issue a refund. I ASKED FOR THE REFUND AND THEY SENT ME REFUND IN EURO THAT IS $50 LESS THAN WHAT I SENT THEM BECAUSE OF CURRENCY FEE. I request to get full refund and provide them all the receipt and proof of how my refund was short $50. They've been ignoring me since. No apology nothing. Just siellence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER WHO SELLS PRODUCT THEY DONT HAVE.

Ordered a Bell Bullitt helmet and it arrived with a broken inner lining and missing the extra visor. The original packaging had clearly been opened before. I suspect I got a demo-example or something. I have tried to get in touch with Motoin but no response for the last 4 days. I sincerely hope they will get back to me and if so I will alter this review, but in the meantime I can't help but feeling that I have been swindled.
